Bill Maser has been in the hardwood flooring industry since 1989 and has worked with almost every job site situation imaginable. His focus for over two decades has been working specifically in the residential market with homeowners and remodeling contractors.


Providing a high-quality product on every project, of course, is job #1. Bill also realizes from his many years of experience working with hundreds of customers that the human element of each project is equally as important.

After all, we’re essentially strangers in your home and because you’ll likely need to vacate during the finishing process. He wants to ensure to each and every customer that his focus is on:

  • Building and earning trust.
  • Taking great care while working in your home.
  • Doing what you’ve hired us to do when we schedule it to be done.
  • Communication during the process if you have any questions.
  • Keeping customers informed if there are any needed changes before we do them. “Nobody likes surprises.”
  • Follow up once your project is complete.
