Bill Maser and his team refinished 1000 sq ft of red oak floors in our home a month ago. We had 2000 sq ft of red oak flooring with a clear coat Swedish finish, and only wanted to refinish half of that. Bill was exceptionally knowledgeable about the flooring and refinishing process, and advised us on the best approach to achieve our goal. His team was able to match the old floors to the new floors remarkably well and they treated our home and belongs with care. There was very little dust from the process due to their careful protection and clean up. Bill promised us a start and end date and stayed right on schedule. We are incredibly happy with our newly refinished floors and very happy we chose Bill Maser to do the work.

Bill’s work is amazing. He is thorough, detail-oriented, and the customer service is top quality. We’ve had his team install hardwoods twice for us, both difficult jobs.

The first time they had to match 20 yr old maple floors that had been refinished a dark gray. They matched the grain and color perfectly, and even touched up the old floor areas. Second install was over concrete, and was much more work than expected, but still turned out gorgeous. We are now planning a third installation with him and his team because they are so great to work with.

There is a reason all their business is from recommendations. They do great work, and Bill always responds within a day when I text or call.

Bill's team did a fantastic job of installing new hardwood flooring in our kitchen and refinishing our 40 year old hardwood flooring in the dining room and entry way to match! It was amazing. We kept it a natural red oak and you can't tell the difference between the refinished floors (dark stain) from the new kitchen floor. The crew was so nice to work with, cleaned up after they left and left us the extra materials. Bill runs a class operation and is on top of his game. He was very flexible in working with the project timelines and was very careful in advising our project manager on how to protect the flooring while they were doing the rest of the installation. I doubt you could find a more competent and honorable company.

Great communication by owner Bill Maser. We were having a kitchen remodel at same time. Bill kept open communication with our kitchen installer to create a seamless schedule getting our floors completed.

We added two rooms to existing oak floors, when finished everything blended perfectly.

Maser Hardwoods just finished installing new hickory floors in our living and dining rooms. They refinished the existing hickory floors in the kitchen and foyer. ( Swedish Finish) They laid the floors and finished them so that you can not tell where the 20 year old floors stopped and the new floors began.  The floors are beautiful and we could not be more pleased.

Luis and his crew were extremely professional and trustworthy. We were amazed at how little dust there was to be found. They worked carefully and efficiently.
